2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Shipping times vary by location:

  • USA & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Europe: 8–20 business days

  • Australia/NZ: 10–20 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–30 business days

Please allow 2–5 business days for processing.


3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.


4. Where is Prime Wears located?

We operate primarily online and fulfill orders using reliable global suppliers through a dropshipping model. This allows us to offer a wide range of products at competitive prices.


5. Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number. Please allow up to 7 business days for tracking details to update.


6. What if I received the wrong or damaged item?

We're sorry to hear that! Please reach out to us with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.


7. Can I return an item?

Yes, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.


8. Do you offer exchanges?

We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange, contact us with your order details and photos of the item.


9. What sizes do you offer?
